Phone spammers can be funny.

Phone spammers, those annoying callers who always pretend to want to know "How are you today ..." have been increasingly ignoring the federal do not call list. They get around it by robo calling and spoofing their caller IDs. Recently I got a couple of calls to my home number from my number. That's funny.

More funny are the South Asian sounding guys who periodically call me from "Windows tech support" offering to fix my virus infected computer. Microsoft doesn't call you offering to fix your computer over the phone. I've been called about ten times and almost every time have wasted 20 or 30 minutes of these clowns' time pretending to be a feckless computer user who can't seem to turn on his computer. After ten tries at failing to trick me out of sensitive information you would think they would quit wasting their time. It's entertainment for me or I would just hang up.
